TEi have undergone a digital transformation, investing in IT equipment and implementing new software.
The introduction of a new softphone telephony system, Office 365 and a new cloud based exchange server all allow TEi a fluid and seamless remote working experience. Alongside this TEi’s hardware has been overhauled with a new on-premises server as well as a new fleet of laptops for the remote working staff. This is allowing our more productive workforce to have all the relevant data available at their fingertips.
